    A leading US-based mobility firm has partnered with Easy-Mile, a global expert in driverless technology in order to provide autonomous solutions to public agencies across the United States. Demand-Trans Solutions delivers mobility-on-demand technology and formally announced the partnership agreement with Easy-Mile.

  • Helsinki hope to make car ownership obsolete as self-driving buses roam the city

    The Finnish capital of Helsinki has launched its autonomous transportation system as self-driving buses take to the streets of the innovative smart city. French company Easy-Mile have developed the small electric buses which can transport up to nine passengers at speeds of up to 25mph - although it has been confirmed that they’ve been restricted to 7mph during their trial period.

  • US state commences testing on driverless shuttle buses

    The Department of Transportation in the US state of Minnesota has announced that it has officially commenced trials of its new driverless bus shuttles. The US state becomes the latest in a whole host of North American cities to trial new autonomous technology which if tested successfully will be subsequently integrated into its public transportation sector.
